Yep, smooth is the best word for it, great skill, and i even saw some composite moves in there, rather than most people who have a list of specified moves they tick of. Parkour is about adapting to your environment, thumbs up!

free running is getting from a to b with as much style as possible and parkour is getting from point a to b as efficiently as possible, so in other words, parkour doesnt involve tricking and free running does. think you got ur terms mixed up there ;)
