Just wondering if you were running some sort of former in the bottom of the trench ... as I see you backfilled presumably without compacting around the draincoil ...(Or whatever you call it in your country ... probably black snake just like us).
When I was a kid back in the 60's we used to help a contractor on a cleveland occasionally feeding clay field tiles down the chute ...
