I love this song so much. Didn't think much of Kit Chan initially, but she did a great job singing this on Singapore's 45th National Day. This strikes HOME!

Indeed the best NDP song thus far. The lyrics are very apt and the whole song, together with its melody, makes it so personal and pulls at your heartstrings. Above all, only Kit Chan delivers it so tenderly and memorably. She's just perfect for this song.

10 years ago i was in Primary 2 singing this song for NDP, I was the only one chosen specially to lead the school choir...and i'm not even in choir...love this song...it touches we singaporean hearts...

This the the most touching NDP song ever. Love Kit Chan's voice. Always appreciate Singapore whenever I come back from trips overseas. Living in harmony regardless of races, language and religion. Lets not take it for granted.
