  • I give this a tie. How can you people say Probert won?

  • Probert was older and slowly declining, not at his peak here, but still he actually bettered laraque, probert with the narrow win.

  • @hockeystruth Pretty impressive show by old Probert but this is a draw, so sorry dude (: (:

I still can to see edge Probert but even if this is a draw(hands down) as Probert did well for sure.

Youngster and veteran here against each other, beauty technically bout.

    No one was in control.

  • Laraque won this. Everyone who says probert wins it is either racist or think they're elitist for being in the oldtimer's bandwagon.

  • @tetsuokun Get off the crack man. Neither guy won that fight.

  • i forgot that Laraque had his hair shaved when he was younger

  • Passing the torch. Probie was at the end, LaRaque was at the start. RIP, Probie!!!

  • R.I.P Probert

one of the best enforcers ever to play.

  • @giannitodaro in his prime probert was THE best, and would have been the best in any era

  • Probert was at the end of the line by the time he got to the Blackhawks, but as seen here he still had his moments when he really wanted to fight

  • laraque shud be in wrestling instead he doesnt even fight, he just dragging his opponents... boring -.-

  • @SelSun83 go watch a brashear fight those are boring hes a tree hugger, and laraque was trying to keep him down abit so he can get punches in easier

  • @purple0wnzx Instead of showing true toughness by the ability to take a punch. A good fighter, by my definition, can take a beating as well as he could give one. Otherwise, you're a puncher. And wrestling is not fighting. In a fight, wrestling is an act of desperation by someone who is afraid to get hit or already has and knows they can't win by fighting. That's why I disagree with submissions in MMA. Win by KO or TKO, or it's a draw.

  • I see this one a DRAW.

    Laraque early, Probie late.

About middle Probie tryed a roundhouse right but it didn't reaches to the target.

Laraque threw one weak, short punch back.

Probie gets away one shot, that lands.

At the end Probie gets loose his right and landed a powerful right but not sure landed or not?

He tryed anohter one for next.

At the start Laraque landed more punches, his typical short but sharp shots.

    EVEN FIGHTNING MOSTLY, A DRAW.

  • Decision: Probert

  • Not to mention probert was actually a good hockey player! He could score and skate when he was younger, but all that fighting takes a lot away from your hands. 29 goals and 398 PIM's is a pretty solid season!

  • probert owns bitches like laraque i wish probert was 15 or 20 years younger so he could completely dominate everybody and ko laraque

  • You can see Laraque back off once Probie's hands came free. Laraque is a bitch just like that coward Brashear.

  • win, lose or draw, it has to be an honor to fight with the best of the best and hold your own.

  • probert was on the offensive, got more punches in & kept laraque on the defensive...probert won this one

  • probert with the win. laraque held the whole fight against an aging probert, who in his prime, would have demolished laraque

  • I'll give it to Laraque. Probert was just hanging on until he got the jersey off and could throw em freely.

  • Laraque is a useless fcukn nigger that cant fight.. All he does is fcukn tackle people.. He throws 5 rabbit punches and then trips u.. If u wanna watch him get his ass kicked .. Watch Darryl Langdon.. He waits out laraque's pussy punches then layes a can of woopass on him...

  • dimpils, you're a fucking idiot...I watched the fight between laraque/langdon and langdon doesn't come close to opening a can of whoopass

  • are you kidding me? laraque just held on and wrestled probert while probert punched him in the face

  • you could tell neither player wanted to land a punch in this video. most likely a respect/show fight. watch it.

  • Twist and Parker both beat Laraque. In his prime, Probert destoys him. Laraque is a wrestler.

  • I'd say Laraque barely, but its close to a draw. Probie is most likely the better fighter overrall though. He was pretty old during this one.

  • i give both guys a win for not going down....

  • there were no guys "like" laraque back then, hes one of a kind, ya tit, he'd handle probert in his prime and cave his face in,- - -cheers from the land of really good weather.

  • you are the biggest cum dump on you tube probie was in his late thirties when this fight happened you fucking ball snifer

  • And Probert had had 2 wrist surgeries on his right hand by that time too. Probert was drafted in 1983 with Steve Yzerman and Joey Kocur. In his prime, this fight would have been over in no more than 15 seconds. Probie was the champ!

  • fuck yeah

  • Agreed. Of course though, you put today's Laraque in his spot, and Probert, at this time (Im not saying his prime, so dont get confused), Probert would of had a fight.

  • Probert doesn't even fight now. A guy who trains with Probert has an account here on youtube and he says that Probert is unable to fight now due to past injuries. I don't know whether or not to believe him though, you know how youtube brings the weirdo's out.

  • @magickbass Laraque was pretty young and unexperienced in this fight.

  • Probert in his prime killed guys like la-crap.

  • god almighty... you go back and watch some of Probert's fights on here and it really re-enforces just how much of a bad ass he was.

  • its a draw!!

  • This is about 10 years past Probert's prime and this was a draw.

Probert in his Prime <<<< Laraque now

  • I'd give probert the win there, for being the aggressor and throwing and landing more shots, although none were spectacular. Probert was past his prime here by about a decade. I wish we could have seen them both fight when they were both in their prime. What a great fight that would be!

  • This is probably one of the only fights Laraque almost lost.

  • pretty good draw!
