Actually there was already a Skirt Boston, so to speak, before this specific entity. See Boston Evzones on You Tube. The NY Times, September 19, 1919, page 16, "Man First Skirt Wearer" was an address to a group of women doctors. In Rome pants were sometimes called "FEMINALIA."
