  • it would help if he kept his glove pointed more toward the plate than tuck it. he is doing more of a swimming motion towards first which will cause his left shoulder to fly open and throw across his body.

  • when he brings his leg up he can also have his toe pointing down...it looks like he overthrew it

  • his back leg is supposed to dip in when his leg kick is at its peak. He needs to not pitch off his toe but instead sorta roll his ankle in he wants to feel tension of his legs muscles towards his knee cap area around it and hes commiting to early after his hips open n his legs are at 3rd n 1st base he wants his arms to still be at second and home this will make him throw alot harder and more strikes bcause it stores that energy longer kind of how a rubber band would do it

  • back leg is bent and he isnt extending, hope he fixed that

  • i really like this. can i ask what model camera you have, and how much it was? thanks.

  • try getting a real pitcher next time and not your son.. i personally think his form is poor.

  • Hi Navel - That's exactly why we videotaped the young man. His coach was able to show him poor formation so he can improve his performance. It helps for the kids to see the video to improve their form.

  • thanks for the comment.. sorry, i was not trying to be overly critical.. good luck with the coaching, i can be real rewarding as you probably know..

  • Yes, you are right. The kids were able to go out and correct many aspects of their performance. The video turns out to be a great tool. Thanks for watching.
