Former C.I.A. head of the Osama bin Laden unit, Michael Scheuer, has endorsed Ron Paul for President. Scheuer currently is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University's Center for Peace and Security Studies.
the history behind this stuff is clear- and the verdict is in: we aren't the good guys anymore! the us was actually much more aggressive against sovereign nations than the evil USSR! and that shouldn't surprise us, because a nation needs free markets to produce the wealth for empire. and we're running on E...
Dr Mosadegh was the Iranian president that was ousted through CIA/etc. means.
He was Time's man of the year, was a modern/respectable person. Madeleine Albright in 2000 apologised for US coup in Iran. The de-railing of Iran's democracy in early 1950's is common and approachable knowledge (easily sought from documentaries, social conversations with Iranian/Persian/etc. people), etc. The problem is that many people lack interest in history, leading to gaps in knowledge.
The truly independent conservatives (likely local guys, not the big syndicated neocons) will begin to come out for Dr. Paul, esp. if the alternatives are Newt freakin Gingrich and Mitt Romney! If you listen to a man like Rick Santorum, his rhetoric is identical to that of Obama on foreign policy. And let's face it, all the other Republicans are exactly like Santorum

Why do you hate America so much??? Overthrowing democratic elected leaders and intalling dictators is good. I'm sure we would love it.
