i just finished my day 3 workouts and i'm wondering did you take any of the supplements or after workout recovery drinks? i'm not really in it to bulk up, though building onto what muscle i have would be nice, but i'm more in it to get cut.
i've already started to notice how much i'm loving getting my ass kicked in these videos. it seems i'm enjoying it more that first day i felt discouraged but since then my attitude about it has switched completely. did you find any tough times like that?
