You dont go back in a game. He's stepping into his shot. After every shot you reset for more reps.

I practice with my 6th gr school team 1 a week; 7th grade twice a week; AAU team twice a week. My dad keeps me from 6th grade a lot to workout 1 on 1. 1-on1 we work until I make 500 shots, its about 2-2 1/2 hrs. my dribble workout is 2 hrs. Sometimes I go from 1 to another. He makes me sit out of some practices when he say i'm doing to much.

My dad has me doing a lot of shooting off the dribble. He says as I get a little older & stronger it will get faster. He said he doesnt want to sacrifice technique for speed. thx 4 the advice.
