Ditto every word of that! I write and edit for many hours every day with this great music as an inspiration. With most of the absolute tripe on TV these days, You Tube has come my main source of entertainment.
I noticed the warning "This video may not be suitable for minors." I have a German tobacco card from the early 1930's from a dancers set with a topless dancer. I will have to post the picture with one of my videos and see if my video also gets classified as "not suitable for minors". Maybe there should be an exemption for pictures over 75 years old?
Bring on the ginger ale! This is great stuff.Real happy music. All my life I have tried to become a philosopher but, somehow, happiness just kept breaking in.
Great fun number. All of these were played by Reser's banjo band on a long running weekly radio show in the 20s-30s on two networks called the Cliquot Club Eskimos which plugged Cliquot Ginger Ale.
Yes, I love the Clicquot Club Eskimos. I just listened to a small stack of their records on the Columbia and Oriole labels this afternoon. The Six Jumping Jacks are just as good musically, but I prefer the more serious (a bit, anyway) Eskimos.
Harry Reser was one very talent and busy man during the mid- to late 1920's.
Some spirited tune and a super band. This is obviously the voice of Tom Stacks of your previous post. He is fantastic. He sounds like an innocent, enthusiastic boy who just discovered the world. Those Sunday girls may not be not be too modest or refined, but they sure are adorable.
I love this tune and Harry very much. I have to listen to it every day and any other tunes like this from the 1920. Thank You very much.

Wonderful. Reser's band has sometimes been dismissed as funny-hat novelty stuff, but they sure could play! Reser was an absolute monster on the banjo.
I keep an old empty bottle of Cliquot Club (with the little cartoon Esquimo) on top of one of my record shelves.

Great number and pix - I seem to recall girls shaped like 1:50 when I was a youngster, or was I just dreaming?
