@jgv804 well actually there WAS level 0 at the skills.In disgaea 1 and 2 if you made a healer and had it near the "creator" the creator could use it's spells(like heal,mega heal etc) and they were level 0.If the creator used them to make them up to level 1 it would be his forever so there IS a level 0 but not in D3 :D
