You should try joining this one server I go to. Its a 40 player server that is hard as heck! We rarely have fleshpounds on there but the patriarch oh dear gosh.... A WHOLE server of 40 people COULDN'T defeat the patriarch. The battle goes on for like 15 minutes and yet he has like 2 heals left. Its so rare for us to beat the patriarch that I think its only happened OUNCE. Also at that time we were using rocket launchers and stuff we like 40 pipbombs armed.

@F0GRAW lol..past normal that theory doesnt hold much water, especially in a full game. Better off just having a demo blast it with a law and hopefully have pipes down, or if youre lucky and have 2 lvl5+ support's in your group, just zerg the fuck with AA12...and poof.

I think 1 shot on the head of the Flesh Pound from the Crossbow will do. Because I used a level 1 sharpshooter and I keep killing it with just 1 shot.

@dregomz thats because level 6 sharpshooter is rediculously overpowered, m14 owns fleshpounds in like 7 headshots on suicidal

crossbow one shots everything, there is no skill in being a level 6 sharpshooter in this game, nothing to be proud of.

It's super easy I got lvl 5 sharp and I killing Fp with crossbow 2 hs shots.

It's rly easy with lvl 6 sharp.

@demonpiggy09 aa12 has very limited ammo, yes its powerful, but its expensive, lots of recoil, and low ammo, the m14 has more than enough ammo to last at least 2waves, it has little to no recoil at level 6, one shots almost everything, 2 shots scrakes, and can 7 shot(or less depending on difficulty) fleshpounds, it has a massive clip, little reload time and a make shift crosshair (laser), its the most overpowered gun, fact. oh, and its 8500 headshots for level 6, easily achieved.

I don't like that a high level sharpshooter can kill a Fleshpound with a single crossbow shot, fleshpounds should be like a miniboss, not a normal enemy...

I never shoot at the flesh pound until it is going after some one else in which i go up to it and start shooting it with my lazy ass hunting rifle in the head.

Can't go wrong with a crossbow and a level 3 or higher sharpshooter perk. Just take aim and pop that flesh pound's head with a single shot.

to kill a flesh pound all you have to do is not shoot it and piss it off.... but wait i aint done. get a bullpup or ak47 and run up in front of it aim at the head and spray your bp or ak like theres no tomorrow..... when the head is blown off back away as it is still deadly but cannot see and will thrash its way through everything

If u have them near a lot of clots sometime they get stuck i was playing and i had like 6 flesh pounds and they kept freezing up so i just kept shooting them and killing them until i ran out of ammo ='(

better idea... shoot him enough, without turning him berserk, wait a second or two (depending on power of the weapon) then shoot him again. This way he wont go in berserk and you will kill him. one person has to do this though, it works, ive done it with 3 chasing me and i killed them all without 1 going in berserk.
