is it really better than the Motorola xoom? to me it seems as if the real problem people had with the original was the handling of it and the way it feels.when holding it, not much else..

Thanks for this review! I am far more comfortable of asking for this more then any other tablet for Christmas. I do have a question though. Can you remove the Kid Mode app?

My box was swollen on the sides like that too when i got it at best buy last week before my dad wrapped it so i have to wait for christmas but its worth it

Please do a full review. I'm extremely interested in this tablet despite the fact that I've not had good experience with Motorola cell phones. I'd love to know how this stacks up against the Acer Iconia a500, and the Asus Transformer. Plus Best Buy has this on sale for 359.00 right now, instead of 399.99.

So, How do you like it so far? I have a HTC EVO since it came out. I have never had an apple product and I am trying to decide which tablet to buy for my family to use. Mainly for the wife and kids to play on, ie. Facebook, various apps for the kids to play with. I'm pleased with my evo and android except for the battery life. Do you like the Ipad you are used to or do you like the customization and apps of the xoom?

@cop0251 I do like the iPad still, it's the easiest to pick up for anyone especially younger kids. I personally like the Android tablet experience slightly better now. The widgets are fantastic and if you're in the Android ecosystem (you already are with that EVO ;) ) it makes it a much better experience.

Well done, don't worry your voice didn't sound bad at all. The thing that turned me off from this tablet was the kid friendly aspect of it but I might actually buy it after all.

@nuku666 Thanks I appreciate it! I agree with the family elements, I don't have kids so I just erased the home icons for the kid friendly apps. In my opinion it's the best Android Tablet at the $400 price range.
