The difference between Millers Rants and this rant from Rogan is just what I stated. Miller tries to be Funny and laughs as he rants. Rogan however was not attempting to be funny at all. He spewed the same tired non-sense that all Leftist do. I really liked Joe Rogan until I saw this. Miller is always funny even when he is upset about something he smiles and cracks jokes. Rogan however showed himself to be hateful and ultimately not funny. Just another typical angry hypocrital Liberal. If you don't have health insurance you have to pay a fine. If you don't pay the fine you end up in jail. You can't enfore an individual mandate without threatening to put people in a cage. This doesn't go into effect untill 2014 I think.
