  • seriously amazing!!! what a great feeling she must have had they started cheering before she ended the note!! haha you can hear guys in the crowd and everyone went NUTS im so proud of her. :D

  • I saw it 4 days before this in Pittsburgh. Becky Gulsvig starred and she did amazing but I loved Lauren from the show. During the finale tho Elle came out in a Penguin's jersey. The crowd went wild.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE this performance with Lauren as Elle! What a difference a good conductor makes!

    Those earlier versions with Lauren where everyone thinks she doesn't sound like herself need to remember that performers are at the mercy of the tempo from the orchestra.

    Lauren sounds better and more like herself here because the music is being played correctly and she is able to sing the song and really show her acting choices.

  • She sounds so much better here than she does in some of her earlier performances....She was trying to copy Becky a little bit before but here its not as nasal....its really really good!

  • I had her as Elle when the tour was down at The Fox in st.louis cus becky broke her big toe :/ but i'm glad i had her. she sang great and was super nice at the stage door
