Sometimes people cant see the 3D dolphin because they are colorblind, which I suppose you could still make the argument of the being inferior but it's still kind of rude to assume one cannot see the image do to having a less powerful mind.

The young woman's necklace is the old lady's mouth and her earring and nose/eyelash are the old lady's eyes. Ignore the head shawl.
