Somebody may have already told you this, but if you place the clip inside Windows Move Maker and then place the clip in the timeline, you can select an option called "Save to my computer".

Then I usually choose the highest def option called High Quality Video (NTSC), which helps make text less blurry as well as helping keep the original quality.

When it's saved, the size of the file is much smaller, probably about 10 megabytes, but the size depends on what option you choose. I Hope this helped!
