  • @steroidsR4losers4 hey dumbass im all natural and i employ alot of the techniques and things kai does including amount of sets/exercises and i bet i can outlift u and look better than u. seeing as personal fitness is a big part of my job in the marine corps i look up to kai. i have friends that juice back home and we been training together for a long time they juice but they work just as hard as me if not harder. doesnt mean they cheat. theyre just trying to do something different than me

  • They sort of do exactly opposite of what they say. "Don't swing it, don't let it down too fast". Then they use momentum to get it up, and almost drops it on the way down, expect for the last reps Kai does.

  • @AncientHer0 as you might notice, they are using a lot of weight, so it´s pretty normal that they are leaning forward and swinging a little bit. the thing is: they aren´t leaning backwards that much and they keep their elbows in almost the same position - the whole time... and thats the important thing. they let their biceps do the work.

  • @riad307 it has some to do with the hgh/steroids but most of it is the food. these guys eat ridiculous amounts of food and thats what makes those big muscle bellies.

  • Can anyone tell me.... why do they start the triceps with the one arm and isolation type exercises and end in the mass building close grip and with the biceps, start with mass builder and then onto isolating ones..???

    they're employing the "pre-exhaust" training method. you start w/ a sincle-joint exercise and follow hard w/ a compound movement. the thinking is taht by doing this you recruit parts of that specific muscle you wouldn't otherwise rely on in order to complete the workout. does that make sense?

  • ya better to start with isolation moves first because u can contract deeper in the muscle rather then after ya arms etc are really pumped, thats all ya mass moves are really ment for, on arms anyway

  • I agree about the form... too much body movement.... you don't really have to go heavy to stimulate the muscles into growing it is more about muscle contraction if u flex and hold it for a couple of seconds before the release light weight will seem so much heavier... . not for nothing what ever vic is doing ..........its working

  • ok well i normally follow a high intensity training so i wouldnt really understand other techniques as i havent been training for very long as im only 17 but to me that looks like bad form!

  • twistyMcfistyburger is right, these are techniques that have been around for a long time. A great place to read about these are the Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, I read that book when I was your age and if you are into bodybuilding it will help you develop a better understanding of a wider range of lifting techniques for this sport.

  • This is bodybuilding not fucking powerlifting bodybuilder718! who really cares how much you lift its how you look so unless you have 22" biceps which i doubt then dont critises. I can only curl 138lbs for 1 rep strict form but i have 18.25" biceps with 7% bf offseason.
