I've just received and watched this DVD. Indeed the audience is mostly muted on the recording, which is unfortunate because that's part of the experience.

Another infortunate, and indeed I think unforgivable thing, is that the widescreen image of the show was letterboxed. I find that retarded as it provides no advantage on 4:3 sets, and is quite annoying on a widescreen TV.

Japanese concerts work differently than other concerts. At times when the band is performing, you can hear a pin drop. However, if the band gives visual cues, then you get headbanging and cheering. It's about the music, sort of how you wouldn't break into applause at the symphony until the song is over. They even do this to non-Japanese bands. Look at Dream Theater's Live at Budokan and you'll see very few Japanese headbanging even those they bring out their hardest shit.

In some country i forget wich it was. i think it was in the middle east. the police would beat the fans with stick if it got to wild. the police even stopped a GazettE concert because they said that there were too many people.

Also, this hall has seating. I saw them at a smaller place with standing only and it was a mosh pit for Red Carpet day.
