Its so wierd to see Ben as weakling Henry Gale after years of his master manipulation... they really began saving the show from mediocrity or cancellation by signing Emerson as a series regular.

Exactly... I got into Lost late, so I already knew Gale was a villain when he was caught... but Emerson really won me over. You were so on the fence on whether he was good or evil that you were almost being turned against Jack and Locke.
