Thanks for your comments. Yeah this is a classic colour match that never goes out of style. A Strat into a tube Marshall is great for working those dynamics. My DSL is on the clean/crunch channel.

If that playing is crap, well, I would very much like to see good playing. and near the beggining you had this amazing spot where the tone was clean, but dirty if struck hard. Good job anyhow

Do you prefer the Alnico V pickups to Texas Specials?

Hi. Texas Specials do have Alnico 5, so it's not really a valid question. All of the pickups I personally like are Alnico 5's, including Humbuckers...but that's me. I don't have a guitar with the Texas Specials, but I do like the sound of guitars that have them. The standard American pups are not as hot...but there is a place for both for sure in my collection.
