  • i just recently got ahold of a 1955 farmall IH 18hp. does that sound right? and i am going to start to restore it. the tractor itself runs but has not been started in awhile and it has been outside with a makeshift tarp..any info would be great thanks

  • great restore, im getting ready to do my 55 now. you are right about engine, a lot of guys think is the same as A just changed over to numbers, but oh so not true. there is a lot more than meats the eye. the 100 is quite a bit heavier and has roughly 5 more horsepower, which doesnt sound like much , but when your talking 25 hp tractor , 5 hp is huge difference. about 20%. it is beatuifull and makes me even more want to get out and get mine restored

  • it was the same as the super A but the 100 has a c123 engine an the super a as a c113 an the farmall super A1 was the 100

  • the 100 a 400 are my favorite models of the 100 series farmall tractors from 1954 to 1956 5 stars

  • Good looking restoration!

55 years young and still a stylish looking small Farmall

  • Nice Tractor. I had one of these that I mowed with for about 10 years.

  • Nice 100. I like to see the red grille instead of white. Very sharp. I have a 1951 Super A, and a 1952 Farmall Cub. Love em to death!

  • that looks like our ''A'' but ours has no paint left

  • A 100 is really a Super A with numbers instead of a letter :-)

  • nice tractor!

  • Man, that's a sweet tractor. I have a 100 also but it's a complete rust bucket!

  • Awesome I just sold my 1956 Farmall 100. Hated to see her go..:(
