yeah thats the tricky part, i dont know if i could bring myself to drill in the body. and if you do get one there really isnt much room left in the back electronics cavity for another pot. Stacked volume/tone pot is probably the only option. cant recommend this bass enough, lovely instrument :)
unfortunately not, just the volume and blend work when passive is engaged. although when active in engaged with all the eq knobs at there 12 o'clock notches it is as the bass is in passive (i.e exact same sound) so you can roll off the tone that way. its is a great bass but i am considering having a tone pot fitted in passive mode.

@queesesolaluna el bajo me costó alrededor de €1800 hace un año. i no utilizó un amplificador para esto, sólo line 6 gearbox. gracias por tu pregunta

How you want to do that?You have to make a hole or install a stack knob.

when this bass is in passive mode,does it have a tone control or it is vol blend only? I want to buy the 4string!
