@garneer68 Bigger heads you have the more carts and trucks you need. You can even run a 12 row on a 9670 that corn going through the rotor doesnt take much power. But they may run 35" flex heads in beans which would be why they have 9770's.

@tod3k it is mostly for row crop, on the farm im at we also use duals but ours are wider for more traction and less compation.

great vid man we farm in texas panhandle we run 2 9870 JD with 12 row heads we were cutting 230 to 240 corn @5.3 to 5.5 mph nothing on the ground and we were cutting about 10,000 bushel + an hour we had 10 trucks 3 840 kinzes with extensions concave 35-36 rotar 350-400 air 850-900 top sieve 12-14 no bottom sieve doc less than .5 any way it looks like you guys do a real good gob there

Looks like lots of fun to me! I used to work on farm in South Dakota when I was a teenager. I did some ranch work on about 5,000 acres too but never cared much for ranching. Farming was a blast! I sure do miss those days.....

Duals spread weight out and 1 tire will just wont do for the job. he uses that tractor for seeding in one of his vids

2 decent size rowcrop tires actually offer better flotation than 1 big tire, unless you go with like a terragator tire or somthing like that

what size are the Kinzy carts were in South Dakota custom cutting we got a Kinzy 1050 we pull it with a 8300 JD and a 9650 sts combine and a 9610 Maximizer combine and 3 Freight liners and 1 Pete

Nice video. Very nice equipment. You need to turn on your real time yield mapping. How did you mount the fenders on your trailers? We were going to but the plastic mounts look like they'll push them too far outwards to me.

We had some custom aluminum brackets made. Finding a good easy way to mount fenders on hopper trailers is tough. Not only do you want them to look decent but they still have to work if you drop your air suspension.

You suppose you could get a couple pictures of them for me? We've got a couple trailers to do this winter yet. We did a new triple axle with super singles this fall. Took a long time but that wasn't so bad as we were able to use the plastic mounts and flat irons and weld them on. We did it without welding on the main tube hoping to not void the warranty.

man u guyz got the setup out there we went from havin seven pete 379s and 2 9860s and a 9700 to havin only 4 petes and two 9860s lol we lose ground EVERYday to developers and other stuff as of now we only farmin 2,000 it used to be 6,000! and were supposed to lose 300 acres in the next couple weeks so they can build a kohls DELAWARE FARMING SUX!!! my dads been thinkin about movin out to the midwest specifaccly somewhere in iowa ...any suggestions of a certain area...with nice farms and acreage?
