Black people were abuse and there is no doubt about that. Now, when they get a chance to abuse others, they do not hesitate to participate in it. If you guys want to see people wrongfully convicted, you should go to Cook County, Illinois. The prosecutors there are truly a special breed of people. They make up anything to get a conviction. If someone happened to be falsely accused, it is his bad luck.

There is no justice in killing anyone or anything. The government tells people that killing/murder is wrong, then the government does it. Talk about hypocritical. As far as it being a racist thing, well more white people are put to death then any other race. U.S. EXECUTIONS BY RACE, White(57%) Black(34%) Hispanic(07%) Native Am(01%) Asian(01%) it doesn't matter what race you are murder is murder. And If one innocent person dies it's simply wrong. And plenty of innocent people have died.

Despite the on paper differences and lack of a death penalty (well there are still crimes you can hanged for but your more likley to be inprisoned for it) the UKs justice system is just about as injust as what they're talking about.

Exactly right. We have to impose some penalties upon those who falsely accuse and convict people. The police and prosecutors, the judges and the juries who falsely convict a man should all have to take his place and suffer whatever consequences they placed upon him. That would make these people to start taking their duties seriously and do justice. As long as they can do wahtever they feel without any responsiblity, injustice will continue and perpetuate.

I did a college paper about the death penalty, and after my research I came to the conclusion that the death penalty should be abolished. There is clear evidence that the death penalty does not deter crime because most murders happen in the heat of the moment, thus the murderer doesn't think about the consequences. Plus the death penalty cost more than life in prison. And what the guy in the vid said is true. The mehods used are barbaric, even lethal injection.

The USA justice system is largely basede on looks.. It has been proven people who look better have less chance of being convected. Cases based on looks? I have seen with my own eyes how prossicution lie even when there was hard evidence.. I am bipoler and ADHD and was lucky that I knew all the evidence, some don't know and will the judge always correct it?

The whole legal system is a multi million dollar business.

A while back some judges were removed cause they were sending juveniles to a private detention center that payed them. And kids were so badly treated at this center they tried (some with success) to kill themselves. But that is one case that is known.

A good Government never kills their people. A good Government protects and serves all of its people. Justice is determined by how much money you have and too many poor people are being wrongly convicted.
