  • Can't say enough about how GREAT KVIL was then! I mis those days! Those folks were the definition of class!

I've been looking for a recording that KVIL did for Thanksgiving waaayyy back in the early 80's. It was a Chuck and Sandy piece that had personalities like Lyn Malow(spelling?), Larry Dixon, Suzie Humphries, and others, telling their Thanksgiving memories. That piece touchrd my heart and I'd love to hear it again!

    Anybody out there?

  • awesome! hand made labels on the cart, love it!

  • I always loved to listen to Ron Chapman Who's name I found out is really Ralph. Ron had a vocal delivery and continuity on the air that few in the business could match. As I am writing this I hope Ron is still living and only retired. He spend a lot of years in the D/FW radiio and television market and I believe was on the KLIF-AM staff when President Kennedy was killed in Dallas in 1963. One of the real great air personalities of all times. I hope you enjoy retirement Ron!

  • I'll second that!
