Ok, there is constructive criticism, then there's just plain being an ass. Yes, from the looks of this video, it was done in the mid 70s, back when the standards in the industry were much much lower and medicine and technology weren't as advanced as they are now. It is what it is however, it simply shows a brief and unfortunately out of date process for tattooing. The video cannot substitute for real training, nor does it even come close to covering enough to be used as a guide.
