2: The turbines are expose in flight
3: Interference can cause the turbines to stall

I have to disagree on this one! That plane landing the way it did in the Hudson was miracle. It tells me that God is still with us (and will remain with us if we don't dismiss His presence any further); that's a good thing considering the fact that so many seem to want to go towards socialism. God spared everyone on that plane for a reason. This is one story I don't mind hearing over and over again and I'm really looking forward to the interview with the pilot.

Normally, I agree with you Bob but it is a big deal that the plane went into a river with zero fatalities. The media does over blow things but they usually do that with negative crap. So, with this positive event, its a good thing to emphasize it. People need a boost in this time more than ever.

Thats not what he is talking about, it is about they are investigating a pointless case. Birds flew into the engine you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out:
1: Birds can fly
2: The turbines are expose in flight
3: Interference can cause the turbines to stall
No investigation needed, at most recover the black boxes, cleanup the mess, move on.
It's not like, err terrorists planted birds in the sky to fly in the turbines to make it crash
The media blow things out of proportion

I have to disagree on this one! That plane landing the way it did in the Hudson was miracle. It tells me that God is still with us (and will remain with us if we don't dismiss His presence any further); that's a good thing considering the fact that so many seem to want to go towards socialism. God spared everyone on that plane for a reason. This is one story I don't mind hearing over and over again and I'm really looking forward to the interview with the pilot.
