@RyunSharp 30th Anniversary Edition had absolutely nothing to do with George Romero. Heaps of sites on the internet thave said do not touch anything with 30th Anniversary or coloured mentioned on it. Get the original or the 1990 remake, which was an almost shot for shot remake most of the way through the movie, unlike the Dawn or Day of the dead remakes.

A classic. Filled with increasing claustrophobic dread, ominous darkness and doom. Comes off in a documentary-like realistic style as if someone were sitting back catching a crazy crisis on a video camera as it was really happening. Rough acting makes it more so. Some here should just stick to juvenile modern films where blood splatters every two minutes, a couple is inevitably having sex somewhere and will most likely die as they do, and the plot consists of finding new ways to kill victims.

The living dead, which I do not ever use the offensive Z-word to refer to, are so cruelly portrayed in these films. I have taken an immense fascination in their kind and have learnt from my study and reading that they are really a misunderstood people. We should all have much more tolerance for the living dead and not hunt them down, or scream when their faces appear in movies. They wouldn't lust for out brains if we were nicer to them.
