Endermen give 2 problems.

1: They are too tall for the dimensions given.

2: They tend to move blocks around, which can obliterate the canal mechanism if the right blocks are moved.

So, this trap is good for everything but Endermen.

and you can make the room higher if it too small for endermen. :D

To improve the trap you should have a fence fall with a lava blade attached with a water system leading to the center of the cube. This way, your standing in the middle of the cube at all times only allowing mobs to spawn inside the trap and you can go AFK and the items will still be delivered to you.
