You people are some of the dumbest persons in the world. A "Phiten" is a cloth necklace with titanium on the inside. Now first off "energy" is a very generic word and doesn't just flow around in your body. Second titanium does absolutely nothing to your body, oh wait, it does. It can make you sick from ingesting it in any form. Awesome right? Well lets continue shall we. They cost 40 dollars and do nothing to you. the reason people feel better is because if you think something works, it does.
