True, but I guess they didn't want to be hypocritical in the way they dealt with Lee. If they've all lied on their CVs to get to where they are then can they really discount him just because of that?

I don't think he should have done it, but looking at how he performed on the other tasks it seems unfair to get rid of him just on that basis - particularly given they've all admitted to doing it themselves.

I agree, if you lie on your CV about such a huge thing then they probably wouldn't look at you twice. However, the process on The Apprentice is, very obviously, different to applying for a job - by the professional interview stage, they've already been put through a lot of tasks to test their skills, so I guess if you're happy if someones performance then it doesn't matter.
