@12512cool A lot of patience XD I just would sit outside and talk to him , watch him eat..sometimes throw him some food . Then eventually he trusted me enough to eat out of my hand :D

After watching all the videos of deer attacking dogs, cats, and people, I would save the carrots for myself. Plus, like one comedian said "Did you know deer bite? They bite HARD!"

@aminaormuminah deer attack when they feel threatened ...Keenan has known me for ever and has no reason to feel threatened at all ...none of my deer have ever bitten me so I think Im good .Its all about body language :) Same with horses and other animals ...thanks for your concern tho :P

@redfoxtrident Yea I know..but were I live ..none of the deer are scared of anyone...so it dosnt really matter.I wouldn't feed wild deer or anything but the deer in Nanaimo are like so tame already the just stand there when you walk towards them.
