He actually wants it, but he is aware that you are playing with him. you cant slowly bring him the beer because he will freak out. that your not serious about giving him what you hold in your hand.

Dogs show their emotions pretty well. easy to describe. you can see it by his movements back and forth towards the beer and you can also see it by the tail. that is no hatred. he wants it, but thinks your playing with him. if you keep doing it, he will show signs of frustration and start to bark alot
