I own 2003 FZS1000 Fazer. The top speed of that machine is 280km/h. And changing gear is not possible when it's reached the top speed. Take it easy, just my opinion. ;)
fazer 1000 goes 259 km/h max, no way it will ever reach 312 km/h. The only bikes that do such thing are hayabusa and (maybe) unlimited r1's. Don't try to pretend that your bikes goes faster then it actually can. It makes you look like a retard.

But alas that is not 300+kmh on a FZ1.....they don't do that speed, I know I used to have an 01 FZ1 and you would have to add a 7 speed box to get to 300kph gearing alone wont do it.
