I have read the Constitution. The commerce clause allows the federal reserve system...unless of course every major university and law program in the country is lying to us and I would need documented evidence and to see you actually win some court cases before actually believing otherwise. Also, I do not hang around message boards...I go to top university websites, textbooks, and professors. Who would you recommend me go to? Alex Jones or Glenn Beck?

There is a required process for amending our constitution and what you mentioned is not it. It sounds like it is referring to government (the rulers). Because it talks about paying taxes to the rulers as well. I have read the Constitution. The commerce clause allows the federal reserve system...unless of course every major university and law program in the country is lying to us and I would need documented evidence and to see you actually win some court cases before actually believing otherwise. Also, I do not hang around message boards...I go to top university websites, textbooks, and professors. Who would you recommend me go to? Alex Jones or Glenn Beck?

@SadegoGG It doesn't matter what law school, college professor, or website tells you otherwise - Requiring someone else to do your thinking isn't a substitute for reasoning. There is a required process for amending our constitution and what you mentioned is not it. You will have to wait until somebody you believe tells you something of value because you lack either the ability or the confidence to think for yourself. No "documented evidence" will substitute.
I recommend LOGIC in your case.

Your first claim doesn't make any sense...If a doctor gave you a drug recommendation you wouldn't go around reasoning which other drugs you would take....you would follow the doctors recommendation since HE'S THE EXPERT. All the major experts in law say the federal reserve system is constitutional. Your entire theory revolves around the fact that tens of thousands of people are too scared to release the truth. You're a conspiracy theorist.

I don't know, perhaps you should take the matter to court and find out?
I'm not a judge, a Constitutional lawyer, or qualified to interpret the Constitution past the original text (I have not studied court cases revolving the issue thoroughly enough to give you a detailed answer).
However, you may find out why if you do start a court case...and you will see how little you truly know about US law. Instead of debating with the mainstream public, perhaps you should do so with experts.

I didn't need an expert to tell me something was wrong in 2006 when my townhouse property value more than doubled in one year. I knew something bad was going to happen. I cashed out and got a nice payout to pay off all my debts at the time. It doesn't take an expert to see the govt is overextending itself. They have slowly crept towards it and wasting our liberty along the way. We the people...K

The economy would be a hell of a lot worst if it wasn't for the experts. And the experts are actively attempting to alter the new economy to be ideal for the masses who have just one source of income through a job. Its individuals who go out and work at jobs they hate and complain all day that are the reason everybody isn't financially abundant, its the reason the economy is 'bad' and anybody has the ability to achieve financial abundance regardless of what the newspapers say.

My stratagem for staying out of jail or recovering damages in our lawless system is irrelevant. I'll stick with what will approximate justice and hope that rolling with the pigs doesn't dirty me too much.

Can you also prove to me that every major court case about the federal reserve declares its Constitutional? And yes, I do get my financial advice from experts and I make an upwards of 5 million dollars annually through over 50 sources, I pick my hours, and I love to do the things I do for a living...its not even work to me.

I don't even understand why I am talking to an individual who believes that the top professors and judges in the country are all liars. The founding fathers served this country over 200 years ago and the Constitution gives the judicial branch the power to interpret the Constitution. As technologies and society changed new ideas formulated and the judicial branch (Made of Constitutional Experts) did there job and interpreted the Constitution to what it means today.

I wish Alex would address Romans 13 and the Clergy Response Teams when he brings it up like he did here. I'm not a very religious person so I have no idea how to address this issue with relatives when trying to "wake them up". If anyone knows of some good videos on how to counter Romans 13 or any advice, I'd appreciate it.

@MayonR I don't know what version you have, but what I have here (and which my relatives refer to) talks about submitting to the "rulers", and defines them as "ministers of God". It sounds like it is referring to government (the rulers). Because it talks about paying taxes to the rulers as well. Therefore, I don't think it would be talking about paying a tax to a constitution. So this is the confusing part, I guess.

Most of the soldiers don't know anything about the constitution. They join and think they are fighting for us and following orders = patriotism to them. It is pitiful.
Can you see why dumbed down schooling is promoted by the feds? Ignorant soldiers don't ask questions.
Don't point me in the direction of a military man who is "awake" because most don't even know what the constitution they swear to uphold says.
Educate your own people. Wake up as many as you can.

@frickadele most of the military is young men from 18-22 who can't afford college. the majority of the military is E-1 to E-4. I went into the military because i thought everyone should serve, but i didnt know what the govt was doing until 10 years after i got off active duty. a lot of the military is coming around, instead of making unfounded claims reach out to them
