damn i love living in l.a. i used to pass by a couple of those murals on la brea on the way to my job at universal studios, summer 06, and was very taken with them. only today did i actually find out who the artists were.
Thank God for you Retna, you get it, you freakin' GET IT. What we as the graffiti movement are doing is FOR the community! The community is NOT the enemy!! It is our job to open the eyes of the community, because they are being misled to their own detriment by the powers that be via the media.
the real people that get up and stay up are the big business ad corporations, and their stuff really causes people to go for their cause, its up to the artists to take them down, good job retna.
