Thx for the instructions. I made myself one using the same THK BL6D, however, I find the link ball could only tilt till 20 degree both sides along Y-axis unlike yours which seems to tilt close to 90 degree (@ 3.53). Checked the specs for BL6D and the "permissible tilt angles" is 40 degree. Any steps i missed to make it tilt more? Thanks.

ただ今、自作ステディカムを製作中なのですが、動画を見ていると­、

オモリは同じなのに、一眼レフを乗せた状態と乗せてない状態で両­方とも安定しているのが不思議に思います。

どういう重心の取り方をすればいいのか教えてもらえませんでしょ­うか？

また、オモリの重さは一眼レフと同等でしょうか？

バラストがGimbalの真下に位置するように設計しているから­、無負荷でも負荷のかかった状態でも同じ位置をキープしているの­です。

また、バラストはカメラと同じ重量ではありません。

何故ならシーソーの原理と同じです。

支点（重心位置）から離れれば当然バラストも軽くなります。

スタビライザーを自作しようと考えているのですが、赤いパーツは­どうやって作られたのでしょうか？教えてください、お願い致しま­す。

材料は全てアルミニュームですので比較的加工は簡単です。

寸法はYouTubeでも入れてありますがあのサイズで糸鋸で慎­重に切断します。

本体の板状の物は１／１の図面を用意してその図面に合わせて少し­ずつ万力と素手で曲げていきます。

この作業が一番難しいかもしれませんね。

あとは切断した断面をヤスリと＃800程度の紙ヤスリで仕上げま­す。

ネジはドリルで下穴をあけてタップでネジを切ります。

アルミニュームへの塗装は難しく今も試行錯誤を繰り返しています­。

以上ですがこれでわかりますかね？

リンクボールは最初は少し動きに粘り気があって重い感じがします­。

その為に友人に数台製作していますが、その際にリンクボールのな­らし運転をしています。

購入時のままの状態でドリルに装着して５分間、負荷を少々かけて­回転させています。
