well keep in mind AIZEN os no longer a sould reaper and even when he was he was much more stronger then any soul reaper AIZEN can beat him now later and any time with one finger

If he's not a soul reaper he is a Vizzard, and Ichigo is a problem for him, that's why he wanted ulquiora (Or however his name is spelled) to kill him. Ichigo has the greatest potential as a soul reaper. Aizen was just a master of everything. You know Ichigo will kill him, its how all Animes work. They rarely kill off the main character.
