  • red ones are the rare ones u dumb cow

  • ok you think these one are bad inside this video try this one

    Dispatcher: 9 -1-1

Caller: Yeah, I'm having trouble breathing. I'm all out of breath.

Darn?.I think I'm going to pass out.

Dispatcher: Sir, where are you calling from?

Caller: I'm at a pay phone. North and Foster. Damn??

Dispatcher: Sir, an ambulance is on the way. Are you an asthmatic?

    Caller: No

Dispatcher: What were you doing before you started having trouble breathing?

    Caller: Running from the Police.

  • i am ashamed to be a British person for these stupid people.

    999. 999 what your emergency.

Caller. my wife didn't give my some food

    999. make some food for yourself then

    999. 999 what your emergency

Caller. what year did the internet came out

    999. try the internet for the answer

  • @ZombieKillerThe i found another one on thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/241387/70-years-of-stupid-999-calls.html it said someone phone 999 because she couldn't reach the TV remote

  • The old lady probably has dementia.

  • British are way to patient hahaha!!!!!

  • For fucks sake a little bit of compassion and understanding doesn't go down well in youtube land or police operators worlds.... okay so 999 is not for people without glasses but she was in distress - how so so fucking sad this woman didn't have anyone to help her and called the only number she knew that so called offered hep - yes it wasn't a 999 call as such but it sure was a need help call in more ways than one.

  • If the control room is really SO busy why didn't the operator just tell that woman that the internet was started when christ was born to get her off the phone?!

  • with the way the police treat us citizens of any country, i say we should all call the police and act like this..... just talk real slow and try to stay on the line for as long as possible...... FUCK THE POLICE OF EVERY COUNTRY.......

  • Someone of an older age should at least be wiser to realise people cannot look for her glasses.

  • These calls aren't funny there could be people out there who actually need emergency assistance

  • Shit video

  • Who else thinks that the squirrel-enquiry may have been valid on the premise that, despite the fact it wasn't human, there was a life/death situation?

  • @Invilidity errrrr no

  • @Invilidity Dont type crap! Any animal can cover a vast area and dont just stay in one tree. Perhaps he/she went spotting eddie stobart trucks.

  • @mitsucanter247365

Oh yes, because an aeomeba is going to cover such a large area (100micrometers across while it's not performing mitosis) when it is going to be touched by an automobile!

  • @Invilidity So are you under the impression that a wild animal, ie squirrel, will stay in the same tree for its life and will not cover any territory? Even domesticated cats can cover a fair distance. I may be wrong, but is an aeomeba a single cell organism? Maybe you should listen again, im pretty sure she was concerned about a squirrel, and not an aeomeba.

  • Furthermore, optimums in human kindness are known to occur in a collectivist as opposed to individualist social environment; even if human material is artificially lower (do not that human material as a gross value is the same in both socialist and capitalist society; capitalist society just gives them a higher value and distributes them upwards by the same mechanisms I describe in lazziez-faire below.)

  • hahahah

  • I'm eaten my slamon sandwiches from last night and I'm hungry again. i'd better order something from 999

  • @ICryOverSpiltMilk

I see you agree with the one thing that sounds remotely 'fascistic' (necessary in the scientific eugenic sense as it is,) and I think that other comment of yours is an indirect response to my third point. But you're still a tool, as laid out in my second point.

  • @Invilidity So you're a communist then? But I do recognise that media drive capitalism, we only know what they tell us, unfortunetly some stories are cut either as their unimportant or censored. Capitalist society is the only society that seems to work, just these criminal need to know that, work hard productively and you will be rewarded (with a wage), and be respected

  • @ICryOverSpiltMilk

I'm actually a Juche socialist (it is socialism in a more traditional Korean philosophical style with the basis of humanity's mastery over all.) Capitalism in its purest form is a failure. If we allow lazziez-faire economy with no restrictions we end up with a reduction in the number of enterprises (having been 'absorbed') until monopoly in quasi-state-capitalist style happens anyway. It is socialism under the banner of market-tyranny.

  • @ICryOverSpiltMilk

And so, those material wealth increases in the capitalist society that you never see personally and only beleive through tabloid-brainwashing (Britian's working and middle-classes have got poorer adjusted for inflation); it is the same as stagnation in wealth amongst lay-peoples in a socialist society, it just becomes over-exaggerated in state media when socialist nations decide to 'transist'. In this way and in all other respects capitalism is criminal.

  • 999 operators in the Uk or maybe it's just somerset are so polite! Great people. ( also why is the iPod spell check for somerset doomsday?)

  • The operators are far too polite and patient for their own good.

  • the second guy sounds like borat ;)

  • Black squirrels are rare. We have tons of those lil bastards running around over here o_o

  • At least they get told off in England!

She should have checked the man with no dinner was mobile though, not stuck in bed on his own.

    I wouldn't want that job!

  • It's the red squirrels that are the rare ones, stupid cow

  • Old folks should be put in homes, so they can't clog up 999 because they lost their glasses (or have to peel any potatoes) or go hungry after eating salmon sandwiches or (from another video) get lost finding homebase or write a letter to the PM!

  • @ICryOverSpiltMilk They're all a burden on our society. We wouldn't have such a large deficit if we didn't have to care for old people.

  • @Dendiol

We wouldn't have such a large burden on society or deficit if we killed all children at birth. TRILLIONS of pounds saved in Education, Healthcare and... as it so happens... society ages more rapidly because your stupid mentally retarded political views infest society.

  • @Invilidity That is a ridiculous and childish assumption. However, I believe the state should not subsidise care for the elderly, especially given that the next twenty years will see the population aging substantially as baby boomers reach retirement. These views are not "retarded" - the state simply cannot afford to meet all costs of caring for elderly people. It shouldn't be expected that the state will provide everything - families should do more to care for their elderly relatives instead.

  • @Invilidity How would you fund elderly care without compromising spending on other areas? Instead of just concluding views are 'mentally retarded', propose a solution yourself so the debate can be constructive. My views do not "infest society", they are my own thoughts that too much reliance on the state as a provider makes people lose their own ability to be self-sufficient.

Sorry to rant but I thought I should offer a more constructive response.

  • @Dendiol

You do not compromise funding; you instead elevate taxes on the rich, which are currently too generous at 45%, and you put in extra legal regulations on economic activity which will stop the permission of tax-haven abusage and such, thus keeping wealth inside (those who leave are sociopaths unworthy of our habitation anyway, and are probably criminals themselves.)

  • @Invilidity I agree - the rich need to be taxed more highly, particularly the fact that bankers are still not being taxed enough as one example. However, the assumption that higher taxation for the wealthy and a closure of tax haven abuse and loop holes is an idealistic but unrealistic answer to completely meet our deficit repayment.

  • @Dendiol

The present problem is that our current tax system doesn't actually recognize who is rich correctly. Economists whether socialist or capitalist do note that being income-high is not the same as being asset-high or being net-income floatable. It'd be fairer to see exactly which elements of society are laundering away cash, so we can find opportunities to tax it; this'd solve the present problems of needing to close many of the loop-holes.

  • I cant see to do my potatos very well, I LMFAO IRL XD!!!!!!!!

  • It's true, the police do bugger all, why can't they be more helpful?

  • @ICryOverSpiltMilk The police do bugger all do they?? Well who the hell are you gunna call when you need help mate?? Theyre the ones putting their asses on the line day in day out to enforce the law and stop society from going to heck.

  • @BearsNFL95 er hello society has already gone to heck! You can make as many laws as you want but they're no good if people can't be arsed to enforced them. All the police want to do is drive in their cars laughing at the tax payer as they scoff their fast food. what they should be doing is preventing crime like searching everyone they see for drugs, knives etc. or if someone is carrying an big bag (burgular) and actually punish veicle drivers using mobiles or without seatbelts or drink driving

  • Comment removed

  • @ICryOverSpiltMilk Your idea of society going to heck is slightly different to the actual meaning (riots, complete disorder). And what an amazing idea! The 100,000 police officers in the country can search the 6 million people that live here! The police are here to make sure that crime is prevented and they can only do so much but that's the crappy system for you, not the police. If they stop and frisk search everyone they see with the excuse "I'm trying to prevent crime", they're done.

  • @BearsNFL95 I'm glad of Big Society, less pigs scoffing our money and it can go on better things. Get rid of PCSO and have more PC's that can actually arrest and stop crime and punish lawbreakers. I wouldn't mind being searched every so often and knowing a crime in progress can be nipped in the bud and the criminal caught red handed. The last few times I've been a victim of a crime the police didn't really seemed at all bothered about catching the criminal, they were more concerned with next meal

  • @ICryOverSpiltMilk

"Get rid of PCSO and have more PC's that can actually arrest and stop crime and punish lawbreakers"

You realise the police have no power to punish anyone, it is a power reserved for the state after proper legal proccess.

This is the single most stupid comment i have ever read, you would have a police officer dishing out punishment as they see fit would you ? Your not interested in citizens having the right to a fair trail ? Or your right to privicy and respect ?

  • @AwsomeAthiest Well if you're caught red handed, you shouldn't be allowed a trial as you were caught doing it, so it'll save everyones time and the criminal can be rehabilitated to be a productive member of society sooner, but I can see you can have "crooked" police officers that will abuse their responsibility. Too many criminals are getting away with it and it's just not good enough. If you're a hard working law abiding tax paying citizen like me then I shouldn't have to be a victim of crime

  • @ICryOverSpiltMilk

"but I can see you can have "crooked" police officers that will abuse their responsibility"

Not only this, but the reason we have a system to take suspects to court, is because there are many occasions in which a perfectly innocent person is found guilty of a crime they diddnt commit, and in many of these cases as far as the police officer is concerned they are 100% sure they commited the crime.

EVERYONE, has the right to a fair trial, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • @ICryOverSpiltMilk

    1. No criminal can be rehabiliated. They must be genocidically eliminated.

    2. As a hard working law abiding tax-paying citizen, you've no sympathy of the true proletariat, in part because you're a slave to the capitalist system by choice. I can see why you're a victim of crime.

    3. "Old folks should be put in homes," the ones with dementia, yes. But plenty of old people work possibly in more productive jobs than you, out of no choice than social security/pensions are shit.

  • @Invilidity a holocaust on criminals? That would free up a few cells, especially abombinations like Ian Huntley (we should just let him kill himself, firstly who would want to employ him, how will he get work within the law? secondly who'd want to be associated with him? his poor mum, thirdly, I find it hilarious that high profile criminals get new identities and are relocated etc. for free upon release, they should have to carry the rap for the rest of thier lives, that'll deter anyone!

  • these people are dumber than the yanks' former joke of a president...

  • Are they actually real are these fucking serious...........No buses and a squarril with no head in the tree!! They should be jailed.

  • There was a woman in America recently who called 911 from her car to report herself for drunk driving, and another elderly woman who called because she wanted someone to come and help her open a can of beer that the pull tab had come off of. And my personal favorite, a woman who called 911 because she went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell and they gave her back the incorrect change.

  • Grey squirrels are vermin. They carry a pox that kills the red squirrel. If you 'rescue' a grey squirrel it's illegal to let it go again.

  • are these ppl right in the head? do they have no common sense?! I mean for example if your internet isn't working you call your internet company!

  • these people should be heavily fined.

  • This soooooooo pisses me off were people phone 999 for stupid calls like this

their emergency service are their to help people who need it not to take the piss

  • the emergancy serices can and will trace the calls. however unfortunatly not every one can be prosecuted as sometimes you do get honest accidental phone calls from members of the public tho very rare.

  • i cant find my glasses

  • about time they started to fine ppl for wasting time for non emergency's and hoax calls

  • you have got to love the many levels of ignorance of the girl that rung over the squirrel

  • These people should be fined or jailed, some of these idiots are retarded, and they think that they are more important than others lives.

I believe it should be a criminal offence, but so many people do this that it would cause a uproar from the public, because they all got fined, which they think is unfair, until the life of someone they love is on the line. Then they understand the importance of not clogging up an emergancy line.

  • fucking idiots, maybe one day someone that is dear to them or them themselves will require an ambulance/police/firebrigade and they will be delayed to scene because of these idiots and someone will die

  • I've had a call from a woman complaining that her husband wanted her to have a bath at 7 o'clock and she wasnted to have her bath at 8 o'clock

  • These people should be NAMED and fined. Someone might die because these prats are blocking the line.

  • The Squirrel with no hazelnut trees. CRIME OF THE FUCKING CENTURY

  • its not an old woman its just some pathetic chavvy kid with fuck all else to do!

  • Yeh, Grey squirrels are DEFINATELY the rarer species!

    Mongs.

  • They are completely MENTAL!!! Should be fined......

  • 999 use it not abuse it hoax calls cost lives

  • It never fails to amaze me of the ongoing stupidity and ignorance and selfishness of certain members of the british public.

This just illustrates what the police receive. Never mind what he ambulance and fire services get as well.

  • i feel bad for people over at dispatch. even though im in america for 911 but that sucks really

  • i cant believe what people do these days its ridiculous

  • Here's some more ridiculous reasons for calling 999 that I read about in a magazine;

A woman dialled 999 to say her boyfriend had the remote and wouldn't let her watch Eastenders.

Someone dialled 999 to ask for advice on how to cook a leg of lamb.

  • they should set up an emergency number 4 everything lol.

  • @faithoffaith Thank God for 101, the non-emergency number!

  • These losers will probably complain about how the operator didn't help them

  • this is ridiculas!!! shame on u tym wasters
