@ThePonyLonely we left the length the stardard 10ft long not sure about what they say but we have a 15hp outboard 2stroke and it goes perfect, it could handle some more power but would depend how well u have set up the keel to stop it sliding as well as the stresses involved. yerr u can wakboard but it is a small boat so it is affected somewhat, so u dont wont anyone to big. we can get it up to 25mph with our 15hp
@91yotapick Yes, but we only put fibreglass strips over the places where we had joined the wood together. the rest we just gave a good layering of varnish
Gorgeous! I love the gauges and detail!!! Would look amazing with white stripes on the decking, a small windshield, and a custom bench seat. Could make the dash look a million bucks with some simple trim around the area where the gauges are. The awesome thing is, the boat is gorgeous as it is. How much did it cost with the motor and everything?I wish I had the time to build one. Its my dream =D
Getting started was a little complicated/slow but once we did it took about 6 months, including getting a electric start and also electrics installed for a stereo.
id throw a old 30-40 hp merc on there...it would fly...
