This must be the first time an innocent white that got hammered by a black was called a hate crime that I've heard. Hate crimes usually always occur only by whites. *rolls eyes*

@KingMacintosh Sadly, it's true. I can't recall a single case in which a black person has been charged with a hate crime after attacking a white person, even when the black criminal taunted the white person's race.
