A lot of your accessories are going to be synthesized. You can also find accessories and steal them, but these are a little more rare to find.

You will also want to synthesize another Desert boot since you used one of them to make the Germinas Boots.

And those Stallazzio coins can be found all over the place. In fact, one can be found here.

Just throw a bunch of coins in the fountain at the entrance, just for good luck.  :)
