  • Is It Me Or Does This Guy Sound Like George Clooney? Thumbs Up if You Agree

  • @MrTyler585

Hell, I'll take Clooney anyday. Most say I sound like Obama???

    Thanks,

    Jeff

  • @BizbyJeff Lmfao. Nice .. He Does Tho Dosen't He?

  • Man does that car sound nice.

  • HAHAHAHAHA U DID A U TURN DUMB ASS IM 12 and i new that

  • @7818johnny And I guess your mommy follows every little rule when she drives...

  • Love that car. Sounds really nice.

  • Nevermind, I finally found out how the hood lifts up. Very nice and cool video. Will be taking a visit to your shop over summer.

  • how does the hood scoop lift up ?

  • I have the same car, albeit not in the shape this one is. It is the coolest car I have ever owned! I bought it in 1986 for $1800, and still can't afford to get a full restoration!

  • Love the shifter.

  • nothing sounds like a mopar V8

  • Did the 383 have the option of air gabber?

  • does anyone know where i can get a functional fiberglass or carbon fiber air grabber hood? I would paint it so it doesnt look like a tuner...

  • Gota love MOPAR, im thinking of starting a project Duster or a Dart, love it 5/5

  • same, theyre relatively inexpensive, and light cars!

  • Thanks for the ride had fun!

  • i love muscle cars (especially mopars) with manual transmission.

    ou, thats Great

  • Awesome Car!..Thanks for the ride!

  • very cool

  • Nice car. Love the air grabber hood, and the "Beep Beep" horn. it definitely wont piss off other drivers if you honk at them LOL

  • Nice to see a 383! there always 440's and Hemi's! 383's not as powerful as the 426's or 440's, but the 383 is no slouch!!

  • 383's can run on the same turf as its larger cousons if you put even a little work into em. Up the compression to 10:1+, add headers, better intake than the stock cast iron job and a 750ish carb on it. They'll do 425 horses easy and push a Mopar as quick as a stock Hemi but cheaper. :) Now a modified Hemi 426, forget it... But 383's are definitely not backyard trash as so many people have treated them over the years.

  • If you can't run with the big dawgs, stay on the porch! Love that sound!!

  • u got to love that sound!!

  • I got old vids of my 70 rm27 6pak conv 4-speed dana I'll post soon. Sold it in 93 for 6300 bucks. Oh well.

  • hahaha roasted!

  • Funny!

  • What a flashback. This car reminds me of my Uncle's '68 GTX 440. Man, those cars had such a broad power band. It could take most any other car in the 1/4 mi. and top end.

  • I fuck yer mom!

  • MOPAR OR NO CAR

  • When I sold it, with over 140K on the clock, the original Dana was intact, never touched. The 4 speed had only 1 or 2 bearings replaced, and I think the original owner and I each broke one shift fork. One trouble area was Mopar's fake compact 11" clutch package, which used a 10 1/2" cover. Much of the time it would not release clean.

  • I swapped a 340 into it for a spell, and that was fun. It would still beat a 383, and get a dropped jaw when the victim viewed that 'ittle bitty engine down in there!! Hard to believe what an origiinal RM23VOA is worth today!! When I was at Miramar, in the '70's, I ran across no other limelight RR's in San Diego. I used to get up early, 5AM on Sundays, and crank it up N of Miramar on I-5. Back in those days, the CHP could not use RADAR.

  • Nice video. I owned a '64, 426, '69 383RR, and a '70 six pack, originally limelight. I didn't pick the color. Mine was basic black interior, no console, 4 spd. Most of the time, mine had headers and a 700 thru 850 Holley. Original owner put "hang on" air in it. I put over 100K on mine, but the sixpack engine didn't last.

  • I really miss the years before all these cash hungry cow brokers and celebrity wannnabees came into the hobby. Posers.

  • Hmmm, I'm sorry. Send me your address and I'll issue a full refund on your price of admission.

    The Poser.

  • Don't want to sound bad, but i sure hate to see these cars leave the counrty.

  • This one stayed. I really don't mind some going out of the country though. Keeps the value up here and we can always buy 'em back from Canada and Europe!

  • Jeff, I used to have a 1970 Road Runner Coupe Orange with white interior, 383 4 spd & air grabber hood, so this brings back lots of memories. I now have a 1970 Road Runner hard top with 440 six barrel 4 spd & dana 60. It is in the progress stage.(Yes it is V code serial number) Thanks for all the great drives you do. It is not often you hear a completly stock muscle car!

  • Awesome.

  • Oh man, I hope I can get my 318 '70 Duster to sound like that. '70 RoadRunner is my dream car. Love that Air Grabber too, wish they had something like that for A-bodies!

  • Don't know what to say... 10 stars!

  • Thanks a lot... the new owner loves it!

  • Too bad I'm from Europe! It's very hard to find car like this. Maybe one day I come to you and buy one of your cars!

  • We are selling record numbers to Europe now. Euro versus the Dollar makes it great for you guy's.

  • Hey Jeff,I really appreciate your road test videos. They give an excellent perspective on the car. I'd buy any one of your cars.(If I could only afford it)? Thanks for letting some of us enjoy the sights and sounds of true American Muscle cars.

  • It truely is my pleasure! Thanks for watching...

  • your work is like a dream :)))

  • A good friend of mine, Tony Fleming , gave me the opportunity of my life...
