Hahaha! It depends mostly on my mood how my theremin pay is something or not something LOL!

Yeah, I'm changing my techniques a lil', though, I'm lead by some great spirits and most techniques I learn by the Total Guidance System ... I'm planned to make the "Yeapsystar's Kitchen" video series coming year!

Yep, my Christmas Tree is standing ;-) I tried to do this video with the LED lights on, but my theremin didn't love that and still gotta find out why not, hehehe!

... I tried to record this a zillion times (guess I played it too a zillion times, hehehe!) before I noticed my theremin doesn't like the LED lights of my Christmas Tree in the background 'cause I turned my Christmas Tree on and there was a kinda "distortion effect" on my theremin, hehehe! When I turned it off my theremin was normal again but I needed recording again LOL!

... Anyway, stil need to practice a while ;-)

I had no idea LEDs could interfere with a theremin. You just taught me something new.

I've had to do a lot of retakes on many of my videos before they were ready for human consumption too. :)

Well ... I didn't know it either about the LED lights! It's funny ... Both (Christmas Tree & theremin) are sharing the same box with 4 electric sockets and with no other electronic apparature related to this box versus the theremin I had any problems sofar! Weird ... ;-)

... I've got a kinda "chain" with LED lights on batteries too so I can check out if this IS the problem, but sofar it seams too ;-)

... Yep ... And only with exercising a lot we'll come any further with playing eh? :D

It's possible that using another outlet for the theremin might stop the interferance which may be coming from the control box that regulates the LEDs' flash sequencing. Let me know if moving the theremin's plug to another wall outlet stops the interferance, or not. :)

I usually have lack of outlets so I guess I need to do some tricks too to keep everything on power & working, and besides that, I always have crazy things with electricity in this house, hahaha! At the same time as my theremin was doing crazy on the LED lights, my external 1 TB HDD which is connected to my laptop, but ANOTHER OUTLET was slow and caused interrupts in playing music ... Weird too!

Sounds like you have the same power problems I have here. My house is old, and only has 4 breaker switches for the whole house. Can't run a microwave, and vacuum at the same time without tripping a breaker. LOL The older model compact flourescents seem to muck with one my theremins if I play too close. :)

The houses where I live are build in 1984, but as you know, the Netherlands is quite moisty and those houses are too! This can give - besides sometimes electricity problems - also sewing system problems and especially if there are heavy rain falls like last weeks, you won't love it to put your nose in my bathroom ... YUCK!

... Another thing is that there are 2 water vains beneath my house with it's crossing point in the bedroom and a strong leycentre ...

Oh dear. I lived in a house like that once. Every major storm that came by, the sewers backed up.

The other house I lived in had power that was so bad, I was losing computers left and right til I got an uninteruptable power supply to clean the power up for the computers.

Aw well ... I wanna move from here anyway cause not only moist probems, but also a crazy housing company, but that's another story ... Happily after all it's "only" the sewer's smell which backs up, but as Iive in a small house it gets everywhere, even in the main hallway so my neighbours got simular problems!

Besides that, water vains can cause a lot of harm on computers & other apperatures ...

... And a strong leycentre of 3 leylines which actually make a kinda triangle of 3 leycentre points close together! They are in my halllway and bathroom but it's power can be strong too!

... Another funny thing ... If I dare to put a certainly (it's always the same one!) alarm clock DIRECTLY in the wall's outlet in my bedroom AND I will set it on the right time, within 24 hours the power will be off! Persons don't believe me, but this happened 7 times!

... And the last time - now 2 years ago - the power of the entire village overhere went off for 4 hours!

...And this happens ALWAYS when I set it on the right time or the alarm goes off ... Weird eh? It looks like magic, but I think too the leycentre is involved with 'cause I'm not misusing electicity, allthough they are positive (water vains aren't), but probably some apperature can disturb an entire power system ... And no wonder if microwaves can have bad effects too on theremins' systems ...

That is funny about the alarm clocks. I know this can be annoying too. I had to get an alarm clock with abattery backup to keep it from losing the time after a power outage.

Yep ... It IS funny! My boyfriend "borrowed" this certainly alarm clock now and he hasn't any problems!

I know - being a Lightworker working with supernatural phenomenas - that there exist weird energies, but also that some energies (like Chi, but Chi isn't that bad actually) versus electricity can do weird things! :D

... I've seen weird things and I know how sensitive theremins are, but I know too that some strong energies are able to crash a HDD par example!

I would certainly invest in an uninteruptable power supply to protect the HDD. That power in your home is blinking, and falling below, or even spiking above proper levels.

And that's without the spirits having their way with the technology. :)

Hehehe! Yep ... I know there are peaks & downs ... The main reason for that is - I guess - moist, the leycentre and the fact I have 5 groups ... So, the problem even is mainly physical, as it is a little non-physical too ... I know someone's computer was on a water vain crossing point and this person worn out 3 2nd HDDs within 1.5 years while I bought mine at the right same time and it's still alive! :D

Happily after all I haven't any of my computers, HDDs & other electronic stuff on that particular crossing point of water vains (happily after all I only have "just" 1 crossing point!) ... I can check water vains out with my pendulum so I advised my friends to put their computer on another place in the room ... Happily after all they changed the room ;-)

... Spirits acrtually CAN do a lot of harm and they CAN play with electiricy, but only the worst ones (1 or 2 per cent of the cases we helped passing over) 'cause slightly electicity problems, but mostly it's teasing with lamps, switches, radios & so ;-)

Wow ;-) You got a dog too! Well ... Animals still are more using their supernatural (which are actually natural) skills while Mankind seems to dislearned it!

Shih Tzus and all more kinda Tibetan breeds are well known by protecting you and your property against small animals like mice & rats, but also against entities! My greatest 4-legged Co-Worker sofar (Muppy) passed over last March 8 2009 ... She could track ghosts like a hasj dog could track hasj and had more abilities ;-)

Well ... Peter Pringle did this one on a theremin too but he removed the video .... :-( That was last year around Christmas ... Yes ... Until than I never ever "touched" a theremin, hehehe!

It's rather difficult, but actually not too difficult ... It are especially the measure changes in combination with playing the right tones AND made a nice balance between the softer and louder parts together wich makes it a difficult song!

... I actually can do this one better ;-)
