who cares about them being half brothers. the cultural incest barrier is just supporting the biological one, which makes absolute sense ... for male-female intercourse. But they are gay, so what, especially since they didn't grew up together, so no brotherly feelings would get in the way. Sean is pretty much perfect and I would certainly not let him go, even if he'd be my brother.

if it were an actual PARENT I would agree, but a) the guy was not involved in his life at all and b) there's no worry of children so the technical biological relation wouldn't matter if they could get over it
