i really liked his muay thai coach. he seemed very intelligent and had a good relationship with jon and also seemed to understand him as a fighter. but his "head trainer''? all i saw him do was call him bones and give him little speeches, and then say he doesnt see him everyday because jon wouldn't like that. obviously we can't see everything that he does as a head trainer from one video, but still. i liked the feel of his muay thai trainer, but the other guy just seemed like a waste of money.

@MrOverSuper thats Greg Jackson, hes probably one of the best if not the best MMA strategists. He devises the game plan and the training approach. He develops the curriculum customized to the fighters and the opponents skill set. And he is world class at it.  Obiously he also devises game plans for the actual fight. GSP, (formerly) Rashad Evans, JOnes, Velasquez. Many greats i tell you have followed his teachings.
