@Mirror245 he didnt. this was a dead model that was probably sent in for services, but instead was replaced. Imagine if he pulled it from the production line and someone was like " OMFG IMA GET MY ALIENWARE 2DAY!!!!" and they just got a letter saying:"it blowed up. lol, sux 4 u."
