  • I think you may have issues

  • What a load of shit

  • people that watch people use elevators are super lame. It would be one thing if these videos were on how traction elevators were made but these are just completely lame.

  • the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, Ontario, Canada's e;evator goes way faster! it went to 7 by the time it took that one to get to 20.

  • I agree!

  • But the Westin Peachtree Plaza downtown has even faster elevators (6 m/s).

  • Do they have a different finish on the inside of each elevator because the other video you made had the same elevator but with a different finish.

  • Huh, never noticed that. I'll take a look the next time I go

  • Actually, Were they montgomery? Right Now, My mom, dad, and I are just in shock that it's now a Westin!

  • No - they're Schindler. I can tell that those indicators are a bit aged.

  • There is no 2-6 floors.

  • i've never heard that schindler chime before

  • It's just the normal chime, but higher, and quieter.

  • that looks like the coolest elevator

  • what fixtures are those?

  • is that a blue backlit control panel?

  • I never sean a schindler elevator like this one

  • Nicest Schindler elevator i've been on.

  • is that the custom fixtures how expencive would that kind be the schindlers ive been on are schindlers standerd, FX, or HT serise

  • Were there security cameras in that elevator?

  • Schindlers are nice, except for the fact that the door close button never works on them.

  • it works u just gotta push it 7-8 times rly fast. or hold it for 5 sec

  • Yes. But the Pacific Mall in Canada has a button that works like normal.

  • Can you show us 20?

  • Thank you.

  • I know that ML is the "Motor Lobby," but does that refer to the mechanical room, or is it the name of a high end floor?

  • Nope, that's where valet is.

  • I get motor. But they should label it P or B because it's more universal.

  • Yes but "Motor Lobby" sounds more fancy.

  • In one hotel ML meant "main level."

  • Are there more floors?

  • 21 and 22 are restricted - they're the Starwood Preferred floors.

  • Do you need a hotel key to have access to the top floors?

  • Probably. In the Peabody Hotel Orlando location, it asks for a VALID keycard before accepting calls to 25,26 and 27 from the car. I got up there without a card by using the stairs.

  • Could you film it?

  • If I go back to Florida I will.

  • Likely.

  • Probably the fixture has EPCO Vip Series.

  • I like how they have icons on the buttons for main floors.

  • And 250 feet/minute is a rare speed, but are common in some of the UT Austin elevators I recorded.

  • It should have been 500 FPM, oops!

  • Nice buttons
