@LongLiveUSMC they use flex's. i wouldn't reccomend them to new players, they have very little ear protection. i would reccomend a vforce profiler or if u have a litte extra cash a vforce grill

I use Empire Vents because the lenses are great and you can easily find replacements in sick colors.
